1. Download the Installer
Open a web browser and go to cat.eduroam.org.
Click Click here to download your eduroam installer.
2. Select your organisation
From the list, select your organisation.
If needed, use the search and country filters to find it.
3. Choose your user group (if asked)
If you see a page titled Select the User Group, select the option recommended by your organisation.
Click Continue.
4. Continue to the information page
You will be shown a notice saying your local administrator has specified a redirect to a local support page.
Click Continue.
5. Open the apps page
On the information page, click Apps.
6. Download the macOS profile
Click macOS.
If prompted, sign in using your usual organisation login.
A configuration profile file (.mobileconfig) will download to your device.
7. Open system settings
Open System Settings.
Select General, then Device Management.
8. Remove any existing eduroam profile (if present)
If an eduroam profile already exists:

Select the profile

Click the - button

Select Remove
9. Add the new profile
Click the + button.
Select the downloaded .mobileconfig file.
10. Install the profile
When prompted, review the profile and click Continue.
Click Install.
11. Confirm the profile is installed
You should see eduroam listed in Device Management.
12. Connect to eduroam
Select the eduroam Wi‑Fi network.
Your device will connect automatically.
13. Confirm you are connected
You are connected when eduroam shows as the active Wi‑Fi network.
