Easy to use

FileSender is web-browser based and easy to use.

Recipient doesn’t require an account

Once the files have been uploaded, the recipient will get a link and optional password to download the files, without the need to create an account.

Send multiple large files

Transfer up to 30 files at a time with a combined maximum size of 5 TB per upload.

Secure and encrypted

Senders have full control over who receives and can access the files and for how long. Add an extra layer of protection with password encryption. This ensures that only someone who possesses the password can read the file.

Set an expiry date

For short-term or time-sensitive material, an expiry date can be set so that a file can only be accessed for a limited time, the default (and maximum) for all files is 15 days.

FileSender vouchers

Send a voucher to a nominated non-Tuakiri colleague so they can exchange files with you through FileSender.

Cost of service

FileSender is a value-add service, available to REANNZ members at no additional cost.
