Monitoring

For REANNZ to monitor and alert you for basic responsiveness, you need to :

• Provide us with your test accounts for REANNZ to login to the member with (one for every domain you serve).

• Send us a list of member-designated technical contacts for eduroam with contact information (email address to receive notifications) and any upcoming maintenance work.

• Ensure that the sites listed in the public eduroam availability map via your eduroam Member Portal.
